This beautiful hurricane style milk glass taper candle holder was made by Fenton Art Glass company and is ware #3998. It was made between 1952 and 1969. The smooth milk glass base has a finger ring for carrying the candle holder. A hobnail milk glass ruffle top chimney fits into the base. The candle holder measures approx. 8 1/4" tall x 5" across base. On the base there are two teensy dark gray dots in a slightly raised area which I believe was made during the manufacturing process. The fitter end of the shade has a few dark spots at the very bottom which are not seen at all when shade is in holder. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Thanks for looking!!
