Satin Custard Glass Handled Jug Hand Enameled Design

This satin glass pitcher has a creamy custard colored matte finish.  Its bulbous center is hand decorated with orange and blue enamel flowers and leaves. The applied handle has black swirls and the frilled rim is trimmed in gold paint.  The bottom has an unfinished pontil scar.

Dimensions: This jug measures 9 1/2" high x 6" in diameter at its widest point.

Marks/Dates:  There is a red painted "14." on the bottom but no indication of the maker or origin.

Condition:  No cracks or chips.  The gold has worn in spots around the rim (photo 3), and there are a few scratches inside the throat, perhaps from thorns on the prior contents.
