Payment:  We prefer PayPal or credit cards, and accept all the major cards through our Paypal gateway, but we also accept money orders and checks from US customers. 

If you're paying by check, payment is due within 7 days, otherwise the item will be put back in stock.  Please note, if you're paying by money order and don't have the number yet, just put "123" in the check number field of the payment screen.  Personal checks will be held until they clear the bank's processing system. 

Shipping:  We offer Standard and Expedited options for shipment.   All items are carefully wrapped in fresh tissue, padded and cushioned with packing peanuts and bubble wrap.  Items are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours from payment confirmation. 

All shipments include insurance against loss or damage, package tracking, and delivery confirmation.   

For our International customers, all customs forms include country of origin, which can be helpful in assessing your country's duty. 

When you buy multiple items from the same seller, you can save money by combining shipping.  If you buy items from multiple sellers, each seller has an SKU code (gf*, lh*, or sep*), and the shipping calculator will automatically determine the shipping rate for each seller's items.

Refunds:  We know you're going to love your purchase.  But if you don't, please email us within 7 days of delivery for return shipping instructions.  If an item is damaged in shipment,  please email us immediately.  Do not mail the item back, as that voids your insurance contract.
